What does an Incorrect Vehicle Quality Complaint mean?

A recipient let us know that they believe that you may have been using a vehicle that differs to the vehicle registered on your Uber partner account.

When online drivers may only use the vehicle approved for use by UberEATs. This is a safety concern that we take very seriously.

How can I ensure this doesn't happen again?

To avoid any future issues, ensure that any vehicles you wish to deliver with are registered to your Uber partner account.

You can add a new vehicle in the partner portal, simply:

  • Go to your partner dashboard;
  • Select your name in the top right corner;
  • Select "My Profile"
  • Select Vehicles from the top menu bar;
  • Click "Add Vehicle";
  • Complete all information and upload the required documents;
  • We will then review your documents and let you know when you can go online with this vehicle.
